Welcome to Titanium Guardian (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, software, applications, tools, dashboards, communications features, and related services, including any current or future safety, scam-awareness, fraud-risk, or digital protection features we make available (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or clicking to accept these Terms, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
These Terms include important disclaimers, limitations of liability, and information about your responsibilities when using the Service.
1. About the Service
Titanium Guardian is building tools designed to help users and their trusted family members, caregivers, or authorized contacts better identify, understand, and respond to potential digital risks, including suspicious communications, possible scams, and online safety concerns.
The Service may include features such as account dashboards, alerts, educational guidance, communications tools, risk indicators, and other safety-related functionality.
The Service is intended to provide assistance, information, and risk awareness. It is not a guarantee that scams, fraud, unauthorized transactions, identity theft, cyberattacks, or other harmful activity will be detected, prevented, stopped, or resolved.
2. Current and Future Features
Some features described on our website, in product materials, or in development discussions may be in testing, limited release, waitlist status, or future development.
As of the “Last Updated” date above, MoneyGuard, WebGuardian, and IdentityWatch are not in production unless we expressly state otherwise in writing inside the Service or in an official product announcement.
References to future, planned, experimental, beta, or upcoming features are provided for informational purposes only. We are not obligated to release any particular feature, timeline, integration, or product capability.
We may modify, delay, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or purchase a subscription directly.
If you use the Service on behalf of another person, family member, organization, or household, you represent that you have the authority and consent necessary to do so.
You may not use the Service if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law.
4. Accounts and Security
You may need to create an account to use certain features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised, accessed without permission, or used in an unauthorized way.
We may suspend or restrict access to your account if we believe there is a security risk, misuse, violation of these Terms, or unlawful activity.
5. Trusted Contacts, Family Members, and Caregiver Access
The Service may allow users to invite trusted contacts, family members, caregivers, or authorized representatives to view certain alerts, activity, settings, or account information.
You are responsible for ensuring that any person you invite has permission to receive the information you choose to share.
If you are acting as a trusted contact, caregiver, or family member for another user, you agree to use the Service respectfully, lawfully, and only within the permission granted by that user or by applicable law.
The Service is not intended to replace legal guardianship, power of attorney arrangements, fiduciary duties, professional caregiving obligations, or emergency intervention.
6. No Guaranteed Protection
The Service is designed to help reduce risk and improve awareness, but it cannot eliminate all risk.
We do not guarantee that the Service will identify, block, prevent, or resolve every scam, fraud attempt, suspicious communication, malicious website, account compromise, unauthorized transaction, identity theft event, or other harmful activity.
Risk scores, alerts, classifications, recommendations, summaries, and other outputs may be incomplete, delayed, incorrect, or based on limited information.
You remain responsible for reviewing information carefully, using your own judgment, and taking appropriate action.
7. No Professional Advice
The Service does not provide legal, financial, investment, banking, medical, insurance, law enforcement, or cybersecurity consulting advice.
Any alerts, educational content, risk indicators, or recommendations provided by the Service are for general informational and safety-awareness purposes only.
You should consult qualified professionals when making legal, financial, medical, cybersecurity, or other important decisions.
If you believe there is an emergency, immediate threat, crime in progress, or urgent financial issue, contact the appropriate emergency services, financial institution, law enforcement agency, or professional advisor directly.
8. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Service only for lawful, authorized, and appropriate purposes.
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any law, regulation, contract, or third-party right.

- Use the Service for surveillance or monitoring in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.
We may investigate and take action if we believe the Service is being misused.
9. User Content and Submitted Information
You may provide information to the Service, including account information, reports, communications data, messages, descriptions of suspicious activity, feedback, or other materials (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited right to use, process, store, display, transmit, and analyze it as needed to provide, maintain, secure, improve, and support the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit User Content to the Service.
You agree not to submit information that you are not authorized to share.
10. Privacy
Our collection, use, and sharing of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Please review our Privacy Policy carefully before using the Service.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding how we collect, use, or share personal information, the Privacy Policy will control for that issue.
11. Communications, Calls, Messages, and Alerts
Some features may involve communications, alerts, text messages, emails, phone-related tools, call-related information, or integrations with communications providers.
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and obtaining any required consent before submitting, recording, monitoring, forwarding, analyzing, or sharing communications involving another person.
We do not guarantee that alerts, messages, call-related features, or notifications will be delivered, delivered on time, or correctly classified.
Carrier networks, device settings, third-party providers, user permissions, outages, and other factors may affect communications features.
12. Third-Party Services and Integrations
The Service may rely on or integrate with third-party providers, including providers for hosting, authentication, payments, communications, analytics, infrastructure, artificial intelligence, data processing, security, or other functionality.
Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, fees, limitations, and security practices.
We are not responsible for third-party services, third-party outages, third-party errors, or third-party changes.
Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate agreements between you and those providers.
13. Payments, Subscriptions, Trials, and Cancellations
Some parts of the Service may require payment or a subscription.
Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, included features, and cancellation options will be presented at checkout or inside your account.
If you purchase a subscription, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the applicable fees, taxes, and recurring charges.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.
You may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation instructions provided inside the Service or by contacting us at robertdsicora@gmail.com.
Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not necessarily result in a refund for past charges, partial billing periods, used services, or fees already incurred, unless required by law or expressly stated in our refund policy.
If we offer a free trial, promotional period, or discounted period, the terms of that offer will be provided at signup. Unless otherwise stated, your paid subscription may begin automatically when the trial or promotional period ends.
We may change pricing or subscription plans, but we will provide notice when required by law.
14. Beta, Experimental, and Limited-Release Features
We may offer beta, experimental, pilot, preview, or limited-release features.
These features may be incomplete, unstable, unavailable, inaccurate, or changed without notice.
Beta or experimental features are provided for testing and feedback purposes and should not be relied upon for critical decisions.
We may remove, modify, or discontinue beta or experimental features at any time.
15. Service Availability
We aim to provide a useful and reliable Service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.
The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, outages, third-party provider issues, network failures, security incidents, or other reasons.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time.
16. Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, designs, text, graphics, logos, workflows, product names, interfaces, features, content, and other materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service except as allowed by these Terms or with our written permission.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose.
17. Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas, bug reports, comments, or feedback, you agree that we may use them without restriction or compensation to you.
You are not required to provide feedback, and you should not submit confidential information as feedback unless we have a separate written agreement with you.
18. Prohibited High-Risk Use
You may not rely on the Service as the sole basis for decisions involving emergency response, law enforcement action, financial transactions, medical care, legal rights, credit decisions, insurance decisions, or other high-risk situations.
The Service is intended to support awareness and decision-making, not replace human judgment, professional advice, or official channels.
19. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for us or others, failed to pay required fees, misused the Service, or engaged in unlawful or harmful activity.
After termination, some provisions of these Terms will continue to apply, including provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, payment obligations, dispute resolution, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
